Having a bought a new home recently and needing to wrap up a list of defects from the original construction, I was pursuing the builder to complete the repairs prior to my warranty expiring. The builder introduced me to ICL and I compiled a list of repairs. From the first meeting to the completion of the last repair, ICL stayed in touch to keep me apprised of time lines for repairs, was onsite several times to support their staff and finally completed a walk through with me to show me the work that had been completed. In closing, I am very confident to give ICL my highest recommendation and will definitely use their services again when the need arises.

When finishing the basement of my new home I decided against hiring a general contractor and found individual tradesman recommended to me by friends for each job. I wanted to cut cost but also be in more control and ensure I was getting quality work. Being an Indian man, I am always looking for a good deal! However, in my pursuit of cheaper options, I was left unsatisfied with some of the work that was done prior to working with ICL. Nearing the end of the project I was referred to ICL to do the flooring and stairs. I am normally not one to write reviews but my experience with ICL has warranted one. I was skeptical at first since the company is fairly new but I was thoroughly impressed with the work and the time it took. ICL went above and beyond to ensure I was happy and all my requests were fulfilled (and that’s not easy since I am quite demanding!). ICL is professional, straight forward, easy to deal with and competitively priced. As I mentioned before, ICL and their crew do excellent work in a timely manner and stand by it. Their workmanship and attention to detail is undeniable. My only regret is that I wasn’t introduced to ICL earlier. I would have worked with them from the get go since their scope is quite broad and, judging by the outstanding job done on my floor and stairs, I have no doubt their other work is also of a high standard. I can’t recommend him enough. Any sort of work I need in the future I will definitely be contacting him.

In October I contacted ICL to do some plumbing repairs and installation. They show up on time, every time. From the first contact, to work appointments and follow up, it all exceeded my expectations. I’ve had ICL and their team into my house to do some electrical and was very pleased they added wiring into my addition. Fixed plugs and circuits in my house as well as fixed a previous wiring job that a previous contractor had done that was sub par. But the guys with ICL have done amazing work for me. So much so that i have hired them to do a full bathroom renovation for my partner and I. I would 100 % recommend them to anyone looking for fantastic work at a very competitive price.

We had ICL in our rental properties to perform various renovations. They did a complete reno in the bathroom which involved taking down the walls, insulating and then replacing the walls as well as doing tiling around the tub to the ceiling and replacing the plumbing fixtures. They also demolished the front steps and ensured the new ones were built to standard. They also performed the same job at our other rental property which involved taking them apart, pouring pilings (done by hand) as well as rebuilding them. They also built railings on both sets of stairs. They are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly . The estimates provided were accurate and was the price paid in the end. We would definitely recommend their work to other people.
